  • “The MSR program has been instrumental in helping keep my body healthy and improving my overall mobility. Anyone that wants to get better as a goalie or athlete needs to get involved with DK. The biggest improvement has been hip and groin longevity over long durations of time, especially after tiring schedules... I’m more flexible and mobile in the net. My favourite part of the program has been the wide variety of online workouts at the disposal of the athlete. DK is great at understanding everyone’s schedule and doesn’t press anything onto you, the initiative lies on the athlete.”

  • “I BEGAN WORKING WITH DK LAST OFF SEASON. THROUGHOUT THE SUMMER MY MAIN GOAL WAS TO BEST PREPARE MY BODY FOR THE DEMANDS OF THE UPCOMING YEAR. DK BUILDS PERSONALIZED PROGRAMS BASED ON EACH ATHLETES' SPECIFIC NEEDS, GOALS AND WEAKNESSES. WITHIN A MATTER OF WEEKS I BEGAN TO FEEL THE TRAINING TRANSLATE INTO MY ON ICE PERFORMANCE. MY MOBILITY, SPEED, AND FLEXIBILITY HAVE ALL IMPROVED. I HAVE CONTINUED USING THE STRENGTH AND MOBILITY REGIMEN FOR SEVERAL MONTHS NOW. MY HIP AND GROIN HEALTH HAS IMPROVED DRAMATICALLY, AND I FEEL PREPARED TO COMPETE WHENEVER IT'S TIME TO GET ON THE ICE.
